Fr #627. A relatively scarce PA town with only 21 large and 17 small reported for the bank. This 1902 $10 PB is new to the census and makes 7 known, and is the finest of those known. This small town on the Ohio River is 12 miles NW of Pittsburgh. The land in its valley was surveyed in 1785 and sold to Revolutionary War veterans. One partial pinhole bottom center, otherwise a perfectly wholesome note that earned its VF25 grade. The National Database reports four known 1902 $5 PB with this being new to the census. Track and Price values it as $950 VF and $1200 EF
