The watch was produced by Waltham Watch Co. in Waltham, MA in 1879. Waltham was nicknamed "The Watch City" as a major contributor to the American Watch Revolution. At just over 140 years old, this watch will still be a reliable time piece as well as an American heirloom. It has a flawless enamel dial and original blued steel hands. The watch was originally sold by a Jeweler, T. Jousse, in Lachute, Quebec Canada.
