(8vo) original saddle-stitched tan decorative wrappers with wrap-around illustration in black from drawing by Bukowski, mimeographed text, in custom orange and cream boards clamshell case, with paper title labels. One of no more than 400 copies published by poet Douglas Blazek. First Edition. With a sheet of original artwork in pastel by Bukowski mounted to the inner front cover, signed, “Buk.“ Krumhansl notes, “As late as the early 1970s Bukowski still retained multiple copies of this title. At some point he created a small private “Author‘s Edition“ by tipping in or binding in at the center staple either an original signed illustration or a signed typescript poem. Not less than three nor more than five such copies were created.“ This copy with the ownership signature of [William] Wantling on the first page. The volume is dedicated to Wantling, so this copy is likely a unique one Bukowski created for him.
