Lot includes a portrait of geisha and a group portrait of three maikos. Inscribed in negative of each work '1324' and '74'. Signed and inscribed to verso of one 'B-26 Von Stillfried'.

Works are in good condition. One mount is hinged to front mat window at two points along upper edge verso. Second mount is secured to backing with four mounting corners. Images show uneven surface emulsion and light brown halos along perimeter. One faint point of accretion to lower center of one photo. Very small tear to upper right extreme edge of second photo measuring .375 inches in length, with associated retouching to area. Skinning to verso of booth mounts, which have likely been trimmed. Otherwise, photographs present well. Each framed behind glass measuring 15 x 18 inches and 16 x 14 inches.
