Pre-Columbian, Ecuador, Jamacoaque, ca. 500 CE; Gulf Coast of Mexico, Huastec culture, ca. 600 to 900 CE. A set of 5 hand-built pottery artifacts, 2 from ancient Ecuador and 3 from ancient Mexico. The Ecuadorean pieces consist of a partial stamp seal and a painted feast presentation model. The 3 figural artifacts are Huastec in origin, each with more defined anthropomorphic features as the size of the figure increases. Size of largest: 1.25" L x 1.7" W x 5" H (3.2 cm x 4.3 cm x 12.7 cm)
