RIAA Platinum Award for Billy Idol album Charmed Life. Released on April 23, 1990 it was certified Platinum by the RIAA on Oct. 2, 1990 for one million copies sold.

Idol's fourth album contained the singles "Cradle of Love", which appeared as part of the soundtrack of The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. Its music video won the 1990 MTV Video Music Award for "Best Video From A Film". A cover of The Doors "L.A, Woman" also gained some airplay. The album reached #11 on the Billboard 200 charts and top chart spots in many other countries including the UK, Canada, Germany, and others.

Detailed Item Description: This RIAA Platinum award is a first presentation award that would have been manufactured in 1990 making it 32 years old. The award is presented to Bruce Stevens of WBBQ, an Augusta, GA radio station.

The award is in VG to Excellent condition with minor frame wear and a few mars on the plexiglass This award is all original with Ill Eagle manufacturer sticker.
