Designed as a lion door knocker, the knocker ring featuring one oval shaped sapphire cabochon, the ring and lion accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.90 cttw., the lions eyes completed by two round-cut rubies, set in a 14k white gold mounting atop a 14k yellow gold mounting measuring approximately 41 x 31 mm.
