The stainless steel barrel and bushing are produced from the same high-quality bar stock, on the same machine at the same time, for an exceptional match. It has positive barrel lock-up allowing for extreme accuracy right out of the box. This 1911 features an oversized ejection port and extended magazine release to facilitate excellent competition performance. It has a lightweight skeletonized hammer for faster cycling and the skeletonized trigger has an adjustable over-travel stop, providing a light crisp trigger pull with a positive reset. The Novack three-dot sights include a LoMount Carry rear sight with a standard front sight to provide rapid target acquisition. The oversized beavertail grip safety and extended thumb safety provide excellent function and reliability. There is a visual inspection port to confirm if the chamber is loaded or unloaded. This SR1911 Commander sports a 4.25" stainless steel barrel with 1:16" RH twist. This pistol comes in the original box with (2) 7-round magazines and paperwork.
