Description
Rare and Important Edward Howard 23 sapphire jewel open face pocket watch in 18k yellow gold open face case. The Edward Howard was the finest grade watch made by the E. Howard (Keystone) Watch Company, approx. 300 examples of the watch were produced. This model is the only Keystone Howard produced with a frosted gold plated movement, sapphire jewels and banking pins with wolf?s teeth winding gears. The 18k gold Edward Howard signed case is serial numbered to the movement. This example is offered full set, with original box, outer box and papers. The watch comes with the original factory extra mainspring and cloth pouch. The watch is engraved on the cuvette with the original owner?s name and city.

Case: In very good condition with monogram on back and original owner's name on cuvette. The case shows light scratches from use.

Dial: In good condition with a hairline crack
