Description
A Great War pair of medals to a Corporal in the Essex Regiment. British War and Victory medals, “1858 CPL. J BARRETT ESSEX R.” Joseph Barrett landed served in France from 28th November 1914 with the 2nd Battalion Essex Regiment. He was discharged with a Silver War Badge on 6th March 1919 and is also entitled to a 1914-15 Star medal.
