Chinese Ming Dynasty Jiajing Wucai Fish and Grass Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, rounded mouth lip, thick and large, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against Wucai design color, depicted of carp swims through sea grass starfish and water plant.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Jiajing Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
