In overall good condition commensurate of age and use; scattered areas of nicks and splitting observed throughout; area of repair observed to front edge of marble top; scattered areas flea bites along marble edge; chip to proper right back corner of marble; two horizontal abrasions observed to marble top, one 26 inch and one 6 inch; chip to front center of commode; areas of chipping with some loss observed to feet; splits observed inside drawers; scattered worm holes throughout; key no longer extant.
