Description
American - 1940's. Believed to be a Prototype. Hand Painted Sheet Brass. To our knowledge this is only the second example that has been found. Found recently in the estate of a collector from Eastern Pennsylvania. It is believed to be a prototype as it is hand painted onto sheet brass. This example differs from the example in Bob and Shirley Peirce's book "Pocket Banks" as there are painted effervescence bubbles to the right of the Bottle Cap.
