By the James Fallows Company. Philadelphia, Pa. - 1880's - 9" Long. From the collection of Paul Cole. Typically, this toy is found as a farmer chasing a pair of wild pigs. This particular toy with a shepherd and sheep is a clear variation of that model. Paul Cole believed that were no other known specimens of this toy.
