Description
1917 Very Rare Schoenhut Circus Clown Riding Tricycle Toy - circus clown riding tricycle-style vehicle, paper on wood roller barrel marked "Heimer July 24, 1917" with chromolithographed images of a young boy surrounded by his toys, another of clown beating drum and other of kittens at play. When toy is pulled, clown paddles and barrel chimes, spoke wheels, rubber tires, 11" L. Note: we found two similar on the internet, 1) sold at Bertoia Auction in 2012 for $700 and another at Schoenhut's Collectors Club feature page under Gallery of Pictures. Working condition.
