America, 20th century. A letter dated 1928 to Robert A. Taft, son of William H. Taft, concerning an 'ad' from North Carolina. Newspaper page included, which details W.F. Evans meeting of the Anti-Smith Democrats. Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra letterhead from the Times-Star Building, Cincinnati.
