The dimensions do not include the space at the bottom of each panel for trademark and panel number (additional 13 inches in height) and the half inch margins on the left and right sides of each panel.

Overall very good condition, the set recently removed from its original shipping package where it has been stored unopened since at least the early 1960s, probably produced circa 1931 (as marked). Several panels with negligible small stains in the margins which would not affect installation or be noticeable once installed. Other minor discolorations or slightly bent edges of paper as can be expected. Please view the additional photos of each panel which are available upon request to accurately judge the set's condition.
