This Vintage Brass Decorative Ice Block Tongs Towel Bar is missing the wall plate but one can be improvised easily. It measures 15” x 12” x 3 ¾”. Needs to be polished if you want bright brass but the patina on it speaks to its age. Unscrews to add paper towels. It does need an attachment to mount it to the wall or it could be hung under the cabinet.
