This Antique Large Oval Gesso Frame with Reverse Painted Black Oval and English Print was made in England and is in very good condition. Frames of this time with reverse painted glass are almost impossible to find. There are imperfections in the frame (see photos), but overall no missing pieces. It measures 27 ¼” x 21 ¼”. The picture is an old print of a young woman. Glass has imperfections signifying its age. Be aware that it was difficult to keep reflections of the photographer and room out of the photos. This striking picture and frame will add a special touch to any room.
