FRENCH FLICK STICK HIDDEN BLADE WALKING CANE

Description

French, circa 1870. Flick stick walking cane with silver knob handle with hinged silver disk concealing 6" knife, finely turned oak shaft with slight taper, and brass ferrule with pointed steel tip.

Approximate measurements: length: 39.75"

Condition

Handle and cane are stable. Some moderate wear to the handle with some denting and wear at the bottom. Blade works as intended. Shaft has some scuffing. Ferrule has wear at the tip. Overall exhibits wear commensurate with age and use.
