A collection of vintage photographic color postcards, constituting regional paper ephemera from Pennsylvania. The cards primarily feature scenes from the Pocono Mountains, including Bushkill Falls (The Niagara of Pennsylvania), Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Tohickon Falls, Perry Falls, and Interstate 80 (The Keystone Shortway). The collection also includes a card of Pocono International Raceway bearing the apparent signature inscription of race car driver Johnny Rutherford on the helmet image. These cards, many featuring decorative scalloped edges, were published by various entities including Dexter Press/Color. Postmarks and messages indicate they were sent between the early 1960s and mid-1970s.
