
This collection of vintage postcards and paper ephemera features scenes primarily from Kresgeville, Pennsylvania, dating from the early 20th century through the 1930s. The scenes include local landmarks such as Knobloch's Mill, Main Street, The Brodhead High School, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, The New Kresgeville Diner, and the 'Mountain House'. Also included are recreation scenes depicting skiing (Alpine Skiing, noting B. T. Borofka who operates the Ski lift and slopes at La Pregarella) and a swimming pool, along with views of the 7 Cents Community Club and Pleasure Lodge 'The Hide-Away'.
