ABOUT THE ARTIST: Dimun Mykhaylo Mykhaylovich – was born on the 17th of August, 1929, in the village of Chertizhny, Slovakia. He studied at the Studio of Fine Arts at the Association of Artists. Mentor: P. Senzhuk. From 1951 till 1965 – Member of the Association of Artists of the USSR, and the National Union of Masters of Folk Art of Ukraine since 1991. Since 1952 he has participated in exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were held in 1992 and 1993 in Lutsk city. The main works: "Still Life with Pumpkins" (1959), "Harvest" (1964), "Lilac" (1965), "Camomiles" (1970), "Pines on the Edge" (1983), "Strawberry" (1988), "Flowers on the Blue" (1999), "T.G. Shevchenko" (2000) and others. The works are kept in the Volyn Museum of Local Lore, the Lutsk Art Museum.
