CONDITION REPORT:

In good overall condition, with painting of a later date. Scattered nicks, minor gouges, minor seam separations and wear throughout. Two areas of staining to the interior, and bottom left drawer slightly stiff.

Notwithstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
