This collection of approximately 48 printed postcards features scenic views of Boldt Castle on Heart Island and the surrounding Thousand Islands region of New York and Ontario. The set consists of printed postcards, including color chrome views and lithographs published by regional firms such as Marks & Fuller, Inc., Santway Photo-Craft Co., and Dexter Press, Inc. Subject matter highlights include the Power House, Alster Tower, the Arch of Honor, and various St. Lawrence River tour boats like the Uncle Sam and Pilgrim V. These unused cards date primarily from the 1950s through the 1970s, with several examples bearing copyright dates of 1968, 1969, and 1973. Dimensions: 3.5 x 5.5 inches.
