Description

This collection of approximately 33 items includes printed and real photo postcards (RPPC) alongside a Victorian Diamond Dyes trade card from the Wells & Richardson Co. The assortment features topographical views of Asbury Park and Philadelphia, holiday greetings, and humorous novelty cards, many published by Bamforth, Edward H. Mitchell, and J. Koehler. Postmarks ranging from 1907 to 1915 document correspondence sent to the Alleger and Shook families of Bartonsville and Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Notable pieces include a Telegraph Post-Card from Coney Island and a Sunday School card featuring maritime-themed inspirational poetry. Approx. 3.5 x 5.5 inches each.
