The archive is largely addressed to Anita, Daisy, and J.C. Alleger of Bartonsville, Pennsylvania, and includes high-quality examples from Raphael Tuck and Sons and Owen Card Publishing Co. Subject matter spans holiday greetings for Easter and Thanksgiving to humorous narrative scenes like The Cribage and Sing Me to Sleep. Many cards were printed in Germany and feature postmarks from 1906 to 1911, documenting early 20th-century social correspondence. Dimensions: Approx. 3.5 x 5.5 inches each.
