Description:Description

Ultra rare large Victorian silver oval formed biscuit box designed with a hinged lid and decorated with stunning quality hand engraved revolving cartouches depicting delightful fruit and floral motifs set against a matted back drop for decorative contrast. The underplate is raised with stylish ball and claw feet and there bead highlights for additional light catching decoration. The centre top of lid has a beautiful original crest (regimental?) for importance.
