A single Orrefors crystal vase designed by Simon Gate in the "Thousand Windows" patern. The heavy lead crystal vase features a tapered cylindrical body supported by a thick, circular pedestal base. The body is extensively decorated with deep geometric cutting, creating vertical columns of repeating rectangular and concave ovoid panels that maximize light refraction. The rim is faceted with notches corresponding to the vertical cuts. Orrefors etched backstamp.
