Orrefors Sofiero Crystal Decanter and Stopper

Description

This is an Orrefors cut crystal decanter set in the Sofiero patern, consisting of the decanter botle and its matching stopper. The decanter features a squat, bulbous body heavily decorated with deep diamond cross-hatch cutting, characteristic of the brilliant style. This heavy cutting contrasts with the smooth, clear glass of the tapering neck. The heavy cylindrical stopper is also fully cut with the corresponding diamond patern and is ground to fit the decanter opening. An engraved marking, Orrefors to the underside.
