American. Metal. A pressed metal sheep weathervane in old gold paint with red accents and black eyes. Note the fleur-de-lys finial on the original shaft. Old gold overpaint over original gilt. Weathered but good condition with some minor dents and paint scuffs. Hard to find form. C. 1900 12" x 33" x 1.5". From the Sherry Boxall and Andrew Gruening Collection. American.
