Exquisitely crafted in 18k gold, this exceptional pendant features a striking ancient-style coin centerpiece set within a diamond-accented frame. The round coin displays a classic profile relief, elegantly encircled by a milgrain-edged border set with diamonds for a sophisticated sparkle and refined finish.
