A sweet heart-shaped pendant necklace by Tiffany & Co., made of 18k gold, features rubies and diamonds. The open-work heart pendant is designed as a delicate gold frame which embellished with diamonds alternated with rubies. The gems are prong set which makes the piece appear airy and lace-like. A dainty chain necklace is attached to the tops of the pendant. This Tiffany Heart necklace with diamonds and rubies is a beautiful piece to express feelings of love and connection towards a wearer.
