This is a pair of traditional Chinese door block statues at the front door. They have a Fengshui purpose as well as a door base of wooden doors. It is a charming meaningful Fengshui statue at the home or as a decorative piece in the garden. This style was of Beijing origin. It has a square base with a floral pattern. A lively foo dog is carved at the top. It has been polished to a smooth black color on the pow and face to create a bit of color contrast to increase the dimension feeling.
