This is a lovely round 15 3/4 inch diameter serving plate of clear glass with a sterling sliver overlay band around the outside edge and a very shallow rounded bowl. The plate is not extremely heavy and the sterling band is about 3/4 inch wide, the band is tarnished but I am sure it will shine up easily since it is sterling silver.

There is some scratching on the bottom rim, which would be expected with age and use.

This plate was designed by Dorothy Thorpe and came with some roly-poly glasses and sugar and creamer which I have listed separately and I'm offering free shipping on them all.
