Diminutive Chippendale Revival window bench, made by Southwood, Hickory, North Carolina.
The bench features an upholstered seat with dramatic exaggerated arm rests, on an Chinese Chippendale style wood base. This bench is structurally sound and sturdy, the wood base shows minor nicks and blemishes, the fabric is usable, but does show signs of age and use.
