This marvelous vintage 1970s plexiglass and wood base display case is perfect for your significant collectibles. It was originally a custom made case purchased in the 1970s to house the Boehm mergansers that I also have for sale. This large sized case has a plexiglass top and wood base that is held in place with gold screws and washers, which are included and it sits on 4 small, flat feet. This beautiful case was custom made, but has no maker's mark. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Plexiglass length=32 inches, Width=18 inches, Height=13-1/2 inches. Wooden base length=30=3/4 inches, Width=17-1/2 inches, Height=1-1/2 inches. This marvelous plexiglass and wood base display case has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent vintage condition, free from repairs. There are a few slight surface scratches, commensurate with age and use, but they do not diminish the beauty or usability of this lovely case. It is perfect for display of your treasures, particularly if you admire the Mid-Century style!
