The artist painted Terra Firma vertically, but when she turned it around to check for balance, she liked the suggestion of landscape when it was placed horizontally. The piece is a great fit over wide doorways, beds, etc. This acrylic painting is on gallery wrapped canvas. It is signed on the back so that it can also be hung vertically, and has a UV protective varnish. It is in a black wood floater frame with a narrow gold front edge, which is wired and ready to hang.
