The Pop Art line was created by Sobral to represent the passage of Modernity into Post Modernity in the Western culture. This is a new edition of the this classic necklace which is larger and longer. This necklace features 32 large round beads with a rainbow stipe and eye motif. Each bead has a space bead and it measures 70cm in length and the diameter of each bead is about 20mm in diameter. The first United Nations Conference to address environmental degradation was held in Stockholm in 1972. Already at that time the designer Carlos Sobral was working with resin and creating new techniques and alternative products to reuse all the raw material he consumed in the production of his collections. All Sobral production strictly follows the current environmental standards; however, Sobral goes further by putting into practice the zero disposal of raw material.
