Up for auction is a JC Higgins model 20 chambered in 20 Ga. This robust little shotgun was the in-house brand of the famous sear & roebuck brand. The shotgun features a slam fire mechanism which allows the user to fire rounds as soon as they are chambered as long as you hold down the trigger. The barrel measures in at 23 inches with a smooth reflective bore and a polychoke. The length of pull measures in at 14 inches. The whole shotgun is in overall heavily used but functional condition with an even patina across the entire gun shows its use and age. A must have for anyone looking for a quality shotgun on a budget.
