Elegant antique Royal Worcester dessert set of 6 plates and a compote, Victorian floral design with turquoise and gilt trim and different hand painted flowers. Rare piece. Each piece has a Royal Worcester mark, impressed under glaze on the back of the plate. The mark is very faint. Plates have a number 7476 and five red dots (three on top and two on the bottom). The compote has a different number 7368. The set is dated circa 1886 - circa 1891.

The set is in good condition. No cracks, no chipping. There are some production imperfections and some wear to the hand painted flowers but the gilt is in great shape. The porcelain is crazed all over. Each plate is 9.25" in diameter. The compote is 9 3/8" in diameter and 2 1/8" high.
