Vintage , Circa 1950's , Working Horse Race Themed Carnival Wheel, With Stand and Adjustable
Flapper. The wheel itself measures just under 24" in diameter. The wheel is on a stand and the wheel is on aprox a 45 Degree Tilt. ( see Pictures) . It spins as it should, you just have to adjust flapper to adjust stopping speed of wheel. There is some minor paint loss on some edges, and some normal wear and tear consistent with age.
