This is a fantastic large simply framed painting by artist Tom King, after Claude Monet's painting. It is signed lower right as shown and depicts a serene lake view with sailboats and an estate at the end of a dirt path.
This is a reproduction after the original by Monet Argenteuil ca. 1872.
Info from online search: "Tom King (1925 - 2017) was known for Anthropomorphic paintings and illustrations with elephants, horses, humans. Tom King was born in 1925 in Philadelphia, PA. He served during World War II in the US Air Corp. Following the war, he attended Temple University in Philadelphia and began his professional career illustrating collectible gum cards for an advertising agency."
Condition: painting on canvas is in excellent condition, old holes filled in top of wooden frame (where it used to be hung from) and ready to hang or display.
