A beautiful and vibrant set of 7 dinner plates by W. H. GRINDLEY & Co - ENGLAND. A teal/aqua colored border with lovely shades of pinks, yellows and greens depicting birds and flowers grace these dishes from c. 1914-1925. Pattern name Braintree. Makers mark on underside.


Condition: Original Condition Unaltered; Some Imperfections; Good condition. There is crazing evident (see pics). Some loss to the gold around the rim. No chips. There are some impressions in the porcelain that are evident on the underside of the dishes. I believe they are inherent to the originalf fabrication and not imperfections. One dish has significant crazing and staining. See pic.
