Joy Dale autographed First Day Cover featuring the John F. Kennedy 13¢ memorial stamp, postmarked Brookline, Massachusetts, May 29, 1967, the official first day of issue. Dale has signed in black ink at right, adjacent to the cancellation, beneath the stamped portrait of President Kennedy.
The cachet depicts John F. Kennedy, issued as part of the official U.S. Postal Service memorial honoring the late President.

Joy Dale was a Dallas nightclub dancer and close associate of Jack Ruby, appearing with Ruby at the Carousel Club and other Dallas venues in the early 1960s. Dale was among the women from Ruby’s circle whose names surfaced repeatedly in the aftermath of the assassination and during subsequent investigations into Ruby’s movements, associations, and state of mind.
