Lee Harvey Oswald shooting reenactment original 9.25 x 7.25 inch black-and-white press photograph documenting an FBI's reenactment of the Lee Harvey Oswald shooting scenario conducted inside the Texas School Book Depository following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The image depicts an FBI photographer crouched at a sixth-floor window, aiming the recovered rifle outward toward Dealey Plaza, recreating the shooting angle and line of sight used during the official investigation.
Affixed to the verso is an original newspaper photo reproduction with a caption identifying the scene as an FBI reenactment, noting that a camera mounted on the rifle recorded the view through the telescopic sight toward the street below. The verso further bears Associated Press / newsroom stamps, editorial markings, and a date stamp of September 27, 1964.
