Lattimer writes to famed collector Robert White, offering detailed guidance on viewing restricted JFK assassination artifacts, including National Archives procedures, qualified observer requirements, and access limitations for medical and ballistic evidence. He references Marion Johnson, longtime custodian of key materials, and shares insights into his own research activities, including a lecture at Ford’s Theatre regarding Lincoln and medical theories about Marfan syndrome.
