Mark Lane autographed and inscribed 8.5 x 11” original lecture flyer promoting his public talk titled “Who Killed Kennedy?”, presented under the auspices of the ASUA Speakers Board. The event is advertised as taking place on Monday, January 24, at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Auditorium, open to the public.
The striking yellow flyer features a photographic portrait of Lane and references his bestselling book “Rush to Judgment” and his role as co-author of “Executive Action,” explicitly identifying him as a leading critic of the Warren Commission. Lane has personally inscribed the flyer “to Lorin” and signed it in ink, adding a direct personal association to this period of intense public debate surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
This piece exemplifies the grassroots lecture circuit through which Lane helped shape and sustain public skepticism of the Warren Commission’s findings during the late 1960s and 1970s.
Near fine condition.
