The invitation requests attendance at a formal dinner held at the Municipal Auditorium in Austin, Texas, on the evening of Friday, November 22, 1963, at half past seven o’clock.

The invitation is printed in elegant script and formally references both President Kennedy and Vice President Johnson, marking the final day of Kennedy’s Texas trip. This dinner was scheduled to take place just hours after Kennedy’s planned arrival in Dallas.
