These baskets were icons in the 1970's… every home had one or two! Perfect for holding fruit in a glamorous way. The open construction provided ventilation and the silver plate provided sparkle.
As an added bonus, this piece was found in its original box with no tarnish. The label on the box says that it was distributed by K & B Drugstore - a rather well known New Orleans chain.
